Couple needs some improvements

The staff were genuinely helpful. They even brought us ice and water while we lounged by the pool , which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a delightful stay in a spacious two-bedroom suite. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living area where we gathered after a day of exploring the local bowling alleys with my granddaughter. Everything felt like home.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options.

this could have been a decent stay, but I just couldn't ignore the ancient toilet seat with chips and the fact that the pool was closed, without anyone caring enough to tell me. I also expected a complimentary water bottle for my troubles, but I guess that woudl've been too much to hope for. absolutely unprofessional.
